Smart Solutions in Kazakhstan has launched a new direction – Smart Solutions Energy, which will specialize in the recruitment and outsourcing of personnel of various levels for the oil and gas, energy and mining industries.
Smart Solutions notes that these industries are leading in Kazakhstan’s economy – they account for up to 30% of GDP and 80% of revenues to the country’s budget, as well as a large increase in investments from foreign and national companies. This direction has a very good potential and therefore occupies a key position in the growth strategy of Smart Solutions.
Today, energy and mining are more technology businesses than just mining. Employers will need a large number of workers, including qualified foreign specialists with experience in implementing new technological processes. In particular, the latter need migration support.
In order to effectively work in a new direction of business, Smart Solutions acquired a stake in the SNA Plus company, which has been successfully operating in this market segment for 2 years.
Currently, the process of integrating SNA Plus into the Smart Solutions structure is underway. Today, the Smart Solutions Energy team consists of approximately 15 people, some of whom work in Almaty, and others in Atyrau, the oil capital of Kazakhstan.
The new business direction of Smart Solutions Energy will offer clients a full range of HR services – from recruitment to registration, KDP, Payroll, migration support and outplacement.
Currently, the company is already fully working with large clients in this area.
